Toronto Wedding Photography | Rosewater Supper Club |Robyn & Matthew

We recently photographed Robyn & Matthew’s wedding in Toronto at The Rosewater Supper Club . We went for a photo walk with  Robyn & Matthew around King Street to Front Street & we also did some photos around The St.Lawrence Market. Robyn & Matthew were amazing to photograph, they were both really relaxed & had fun with each other during the shoot. Their ceremony at The Rosewater was beautiful & intimate. The reception was great with George St. Kitts band Midnite Star keeping everyone on the dance floor!

Congratulations Robyn & Matthew!

Toronto Wedding Photography | Beth Emeth |Nicole & Cory

We recently photographed Nicole & Cory’s wedding in Toronto. Nicole & Cory wanted an urban & architecture look to their photos so we photographed them at the University of Toronto & in and around Windsor Arms Hotel. The weather was beautiful until we finished Nicole & Cory’s portraits then the rain came just after we finished their photo’s downtown. After the downpour we made our way back up to Beth Emeth to photograph their families where they had their beautiful ceremony & reception.

Lianne Adelson from The Event Boutique was the wedding planner who helped put this wedding together. After their candlelit ceremony the party did not stop with high energy music provided by The Rhythm Kings. CONGRATULATIONS Nicole & Cory!

Toronto Event Photography | CNE | Caribana 2009

I recently photographed Toronto’s Caribana for the first time and really enjoyed the festivities. I arrived early at 9 am with a press pass so i could do some behind the scenes prep work as everyone was getting ready for the parade. This gave me a great insight into how much work really goes into the costumes/floats and make-up.  The vibe of Caribana had already started behind the scenes with all the different floats trying to outplay each other with their rhythmic beats.

As Caribana started each country/float would go by the judges to be scored on their costumes , music + dance routine. It got real crazy when each group came up as everyone just got right into the vibe & it was just a sea of colour floating in front of you, I will definitely be back next year.

Toronto Wedding Photography | Fantasy Farm |Nash & Hanif

We recently photographed Nash & Hanif’s wedding in Toronto. They had a beautiful wedding ceremony. The weather was perfect so after we did the family photo’s  at The Fantasy Farm we went over to The Todmorden Mills Heritage Museum to photograph them. We did some very unique photos on the site which was once part of a small industrial community of Todmorden. What remains on site is two historic millers homes dating from the 19th century and the recently renovated Papermill Theatre & Gallery which we used as a backdrop for all of our photos.
