Toronto Bat Mitzvah Photography | Samantha’s Party!

I had the pleasure of photographing Samantha’s Bat Mitzvah recently at Beth Emeth. Some of my favorite photos of Samantha were taken outside of her house when tiny snowflakes were falling in her hair.Heidi Gruenspan helped put this party together with Mary Jane and they both did an incredible job. The decor in the room was COLOUFUL and whimsical with the  help of Gitta. The party got off to a great tempo with Magen Boys taking care of the entertainment and Jian grooving with everyone on the dance floor all night. It wasn’t until i left that night, scrapping the snow off my car that i realized what an escape the party was , thanks for the magical night guy’s.

Toronto Portrait Photography | Susan at The Drake

My good friend Susan wanted some special photos taken on her Birthday so we decided to do the shoot downtown @ The Drake. Susan was a pleasure to photograph & she was so relaxed after her latte :) After the shoot i realized that portraits should not always be limited by Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Anniversary’s and Family Group Portraits. Taking a beautiful portrait of oneself should be done at least every 5-10 years as a keepsake/heirloom.
Enjoy the photos Susan you look Beautiful!

Toronto Portrait Photography | The Goluboff’s

I first met Louis in 1999 when i photographed his sister’s wedding in Toronto. Over the years i have also photographed his family & extended family at numerous functions. Seven Years later i had the pleasure of photographing Louis & Alexis at The Carlu in November 2006 at their wedding. While traveling in Vietnam the following month i met up with Louis & his beautiful Alexis for a terrific seafood meal in Hoi An , while they were on their honeymoon. Fast forward to 2008 & their so cute little guy. We got together last month for some great fall family photos. I love seeing my clients/friends grow over the years & be a part in their family’s heirloom. I hope this will be one of many occasions i can document their ever growing family.

Toronto Engagement Photography | Yanina & James are Engaged!

I had the pleasure of photographing Yanina & James at their fun outdoor picnic Engagement Party! The picnic was a lot of fun with one of the very few beautiful Saturday’s we had all year. The picnic was a joining of two cultures , Yanina is Spanish & James is Greek with some Latin music & Greek dancing & lot’s of great food. Fire It Up BBQ Caterers supplied the BBQ that was enjoyed by everyone.

Friends & family celebrated with Yanina & James to the rhythmic Latin beats under the warm sun .

In between the dancing & sports i was able to take Yanina & James away from the party for some great moments captured down by the Lake. I wish them all the best in the future & their wedding Spring 09 in the Caribbean.
